Browse through our collections for one-of-a-kind pieces.

2. ENQUIRE

Feel free to drop us an email equiry on any of our items at shoppinghavenis@gmail.com.

3. ORDER

Place your order with us by leaving a comment at the bottom of the collection entry in the following format:

Email Add:
Item:
Qty:
Size (if applicable):
Colour (if applicable):
Postage: Normal/ Registered*

(All comments will be screened to protect your privacy)

4. MAKE PAYMENT

After leaving a comment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you have indicated. You are then required to make payment within 72 hours (3 days) upon the receiving the confirmation email. Payment can be made via bank transfers or iBanking. Strictly no concealed cash to be sent by mail, please.

5. DELIVER

Upon receiving evidence of your payment, we will then proceed on to deliver to you your order via the type of postage (normal/ registered) you've indicated.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PRICING

All prices are nett, excluding postage charges. Postage charges are to be included in payment and are as follows:

Normal: $1-$2 (depending on weight of post)
Registered: Normal charges + $2.24

2. RESERVATION

Reservation of item(s) will be nullified if payment is not received within 72 hours (3 days) upon sending of confirmation email.

3. REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

Refunds will only be made for cancellation of orders before the item(s) is(are) sent for delivery.

Request for exchanges due to sizing issues may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Additional postage fees incurred will be borne by the customer.

4. CHANGES TO T&C

Shopping Haven reserves the right to change any part of the terms & conditions according to their discretion. Changes, if any, will be posted on the site.


DISCLAIMER

1. Shopping Haven will not be responsible for any lost/ damaged mail delivered through normal postage.

2. Shopping Haven will not be liable for any minor discrepancies that may arise from the actual product and the photographs shown on the site such as the shade of colour, etc, due to photography and lighting limitations.
